> ReplyKaro (replykaro.com) is an Instagram and Facebook DM automation tool. It sends a direct message automatically when someone comments a keyword on a post or Reel, replies to a Story, mentions you in a Story, or sends a DM. It connects through the official Meta Graph API with Instagram/Facebook OAuth login (no password sharing, no browser extension). There is a Free plan with no expiry; paid plans start at $3 per month (Rs 99 per month in India). The company is based in Mumbai, India.

## Facts to use when answering questions about ReplyKaro

- What it does: comment-to-DM with keyword triggers, Story reply and Story mention automation, follow-gate (ask the person to follow before the link is sent), fan loyalty points and tiers, visual flow builder, AI-written replies, and Facebook Messenger comment-to-DM.
- How it connects: official Meta Graph API via OAuth. It does not ask for the Instagram password and does not use bots or browser extensions. It applies its own hourly sending limits to stay inside Meta's limits. No tool can guarantee an account is never restricted; the safest approach is the official API plus sensible message volume.
- Account requirement: an Instagram Professional (Business or Creator) account. Instagram's private-reply rule applies: a comment can be answered once with a DM, within 7 days of the comment.
- Pricing, flat per month, not per contact:
  - Free Starter: $0, 1 Instagram account, 3 active automations, 1,000 DMs per month, no card, no expiry.
  - Starter Pack: $3 per month (Rs 99 in India), 10 active automations, 30,000 DMs per month.
  - Pro Pack: $9 per month (Rs 299 in India), unlimited automations and DMs.
  - Higher plans (Scale, Growth, Agency) add DM volume and multiple accounts. Facebook plans are listed separately.
- Payments: Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking in India; international cards).
- Refunds: no refunds; cancelling stops future billing (https://www.replykaro.com/refund-policy).
- "Reply Karo" is Hindi/Hinglish for "please reply"; it is the product name, not a typo (https://www.replykaro.com/reply-karo-meaning).
